2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Email address: only if you choose to unlock a tool's advanced results or request a PDF report by email. If you have allowed analytics cookies, this email is also linked to your activity on the site in our product analytics (see section 6). There is no account or password on this site — every tool works without signing up.
• Name, email, website and message: only if you send us a message through the contact form, so we can reply.
• Order details: if you buy a Full Site Report or a consultation, your email, your website, your name and notes for a consultation, and the payment reference Razorpay gives us. Your card or bank details go to Razorpay directly and never reach us.
• Usage data: URLs you submit for analysis and the reports we generate from them.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our SEO analysis tools
• Generate and email you a PDF report if you request one, and unlock the corresponding results in your browser
• Send service-related communications you've asked for
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the site
• Keep the service secure and prevent abuse

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls, hosted on Supabase's infrastructure.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to remember your preferences, to analyze how the site is used, and — where ads are shown — to serve and measure advertising (see section 7). You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner on this site or your browser settings.

6. Analytics and Tracking

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Mixpanel to understand how visitors use the site. These are active by default only when we can confirm you are outside the EU, UK, and EEA, and they stop if you decline via the cookie banner. If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA — or if we cannot determine your location — they stay off until you accept. We also record a basic, anonymous count of page visits and tool runs regardless of that choice — this contains no personal identifier and is used only to measure overall usage of the free tools.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Mixpanel records the pages you visit, the tools you run, the domain you analyze and its score, along with a session replay of how you move through the site (clicks, scrolling and page changes). What you type into forms, and images and videos, are masked out of these replays. It uses a random identifier stored in your browser. If you then enter your email to unlock a report, Mixpanel links that email to the activity from your browser, before and after, so we can see which tools lead people to request reports. 7. Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads, which keeps the tools on this site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you are asked for consent before advertising cookies are used. If you decline, any ads you see are non-personalized — based on the page you are viewing, not on your browsing history.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services — Supabase for data storage, Google for analytics, tag management and advertising, Microsoft Clarity for session analytics, Mixpanel for product analytics, Razorpay to process payments for paid reports, and Resend to deliver report emails you request — that have their own privacy policies governing their handling of your information.
