1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CheckSEO.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CheckSEO.dev provides free SEO analysis tools and website optimization utilities, including meta tag analysis, heading structure checks, image alt text checks, keyword density analysis, and a combined site audit. All of these are free. We also sell one optional paid product, the Detailed A-to-Z Report (section 4).

3. Email for Reports

There is no account or password on this site — every tool works without signing up. If you enter your email address to unlock a tool's advanced results or receive a PDF report, you are responsible for providing an address you actually control.

4. Paid Reports and Refunds

We sell two one-time products, priced as shown on their pages at checkout: the Full Site Report and a 30-minute SEO Consultation. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

The Full Site Report covers up to 25 pages of the website you submit, chosen as described on its page, plus domain-wide checks for that site. It is reviewed by a person and emailed to the address you give us within 24 hours of payment. If we don't deliver it within 24 hours, or your site can't be audited (for example, because it blocks our checks or is offline), we refund the full amount to your original payment method. A report is a snapshot of your site at the time it was generated; later changes to your site are not covered.

For a consultation, we email you after payment to schedule the call. To ask about a refund for either product, reply to any email we sent you or write to us (section 10).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated tools to excessively access our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CheckSEO.dev are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will always be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckSEO.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
